Job summary

InfuCare Rx is a leading home infusion provider ensuring quality IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services in the homecare setting. The Pharmacy Service Representative will advocate for patients, ensure therapy and care plans are followed, and coordinate communications and logistics with the care team.

Reporting to the Pharmacist-In-Charge, you will handle patient communications, assist with assessments, and support shipment preparation while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess current pharmacy technician license in state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• Healthcare experience required; Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; IT experience a plus; strong communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications for scheduled infusion appointments.
• Assists with patient assessments during communications.
• Helps determine patient availability for Digital designation and educates on using the Digital platform.
• Ensures patients receive notifications and understand appointment schedules.
• Responds to patient calls in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Updates patient demographic data per policies.
• Enters communications in the pharmacy system notes.
• Assists with picking and packing products for shipping.
• Attends meetings and supports business development duties.
