Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacy technician in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy tech experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Specialty pharmacy and home infusion experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with information technology a plus.
• Drive for results and accountability.
• Clear, concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications for scheduled infusion appointments.
• Assist in educating patients on using the Digital platform and completing assessments.
• Update patient demographics and data per policies.
• Enter relevant communications into the pharmacy system.
• Assist with packing and shipping products as requested.
• Attend meetings and support business development initiatives.
