Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Florida pharmacy technician license.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion Services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products.
• Experience with information technology a plus.
• Clear, concise communication and proven success in past roles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications for scheduled infusion appointments.
• Assist in completing patient assessments during interactions.
• Educate patients on using the Digital platform and assess designation eligibility.
• Ensure patients receive notifications and understand appointment schedules.
• Respond to patient calls in a timely manner.
• Update patient demographics and related data per policies.
• Enter relevant communications into the pharmacy system progress notes.
• Assist with picking and packing products for shipping.
• Attend meetings and assist in business development and data collection software launches.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
