Qualifications

• Two years of related, progressively responsible pharmacy experience.
• PA Registered Pharmacy Technician license or Trainee license required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls to support customers in pharmacy operations.
• Document interactions and manage patient profiles in the system.
• Resolve insurance and payment issues with providers and patients.
• Assist with adjudication of prescription claims and pharmacist consultations.
• Support with pharmacy information system data entry.
