Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Unrestricted PA Pharmacist license and injectables license.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-performance cycle for pharmacy staff including hiring and evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with Board of Pharmacy standards and policy procedures.
• Oversee procurement, dispensing, and verification of outpatient medications.
• Consult with patients on medications, dosage, interactions.
• Ensure records and license compliance; supervise staff and customer files.
