Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Pharmacy Concierge Technician to support a high-volume ambulatory pharmacy program in Philadelphia. You will handle prescription intake, patient billing, and profile setup to ensure accurate processing and timely discharge coordination.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, adherence to regulatory policies, and contribution to program marketing and metrics for the Concierge Service.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in community-based retail or hospital outpatient pharmacy or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal team to gather paperwork, prescription billing information, and prescriptions.
• Answers inbound calls and triages to appropriate staff.
• Creates patient profiles in the pharmacy information system.
• Enters prescription plan information for processing and adjudicating prescriptions.
• Supports Concierge Service activities from intake to bedside discharge.
