Job summary

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Business Office Assistant - Pharmacy to manage outpatient pharmacy billing and related account transactions under supervision. You will ensure accurate posting of payments, transfers and adjustments and support the revenue cycle team.

The role requires minimum 3 years of pharmacy billing or retail experience, an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred), and strong attention to detail, confidentiality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process payment, transfer and adjustment transactions for patient accounts.
• Post payments accurately within 48 hours of receipt.
• Reconcile cashier daily reports and address discrepancies as needed.
