The Field Service Engineer maintains ScriptPro’s computer‑based technology and automation equipment at customer sites, nationally and worldwide. This is a road‑warrior, heavy‑travel position that includes airline and rental car travel points.

Generally, a rotating 9 days on, 5 days off schedule. Overtime is typical and paid. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
The starting compensation rate for this role has been established at $24.00 hourly or $50 K annually, plus generous overtime and a bonus opportunity. Compensation is ultimately determined by individual education, qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic work location.
ScriptPro’s policy is to run a comprehensive background check post‑offer and requires a Department of Defense security clearance after the date of hire. The position may also require health‑related screenings, including tuberculosis, annual flu, and COVID vaccinations. Cross‑border travel requires a valid passport and compliance with Canadian immigration policies.
This position encompasses both office and workshop environments, requiring routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Candidates may work near dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. The role is very active, requiring standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stooping, bending, and reaching. Physical ability to push, pull, and lift independently—including all lifting positions—is required. Motor coordination, tool use, focused attention during extended periods of travel, and specific vision abilities are also required.
