Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robotics and automation at pharmacy sites nationwide. You will travel extensively, support pharmacy staff, and optimize system performance while managing demanding physical tasks and on-call responsiveness.

The role requires strong IT knowledge, a mechanical background, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts and generous overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience repairing computer systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively and lift heavy equipment (70+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment onsite at pharmacies and remotely by phone.
• Administer training and support to pharmacy staff.
• Diagnose workflow issues and optimize ScriptPro system performance.
• Travel 80% or more; long-distance driving and air travel.
