Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking Field Service Engineers to troubleshoot and service automated pharmacy robotics nationwide. This road-warrior role drives heavy travel across the United States and Canada, with onsite and remote support for customers.

You’ll train staff, optimize system performance, and ensure uptime at client sites. The position requires a Bachelor's in Electronics or CS (or equivalent), strong IT knowledge, and robust mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with computer systems repair and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• General knowledge of IT (Windows NT/XP/7/8/10).
• Must lift 70+ lbs daily, including travel.
• Must be available to work as needed and assigned.
• Maturity and integrity required.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment onsite at pharmacies and remotely by phone.
• Administer training and support to pharmacy staff when needed.
• Diagnose customer workflow issues and optimize ScriptPro system performance.
• Travel 80% or more as an essential function of the job.
• Lift up to 70+ lbs daily and assist with heavy equipment handling.
• Be available with phone on and responsive 24/7 during scheduled shift.
