Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Field Installation Engineer to deploy and configure pharmaceutical automation equipment across domestic and international pharmacy sites. You will lead on-site installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, strong customer service, and the ability to travel up to 85% with 4–12 day trips. Proficiency in Windows OS, Office, and basic networking is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical/technology related experience, with truck driving and trailer pulling.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and driving road tests; travel 85% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and push up to 700 lbs. on wheels to move equipment.
• Experience with ScriptPro systems or other pharmaceutical automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations of ScriptPro equipment and system solutions across domestic and international sites.
• Ensure installations meet timelines and pharmacy requirements; troubleshoot issues during installation.
• Assemble, install and adjust ScriptPro equipment; apply basic electrical knowledge for configuration.
• Operate truck and trailer to transport equipment; manage customs and international travel requirements.
• Utilize Windows OS, Office Suite and networking basics for documentation and system integration.
