Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned leader to own Pharmacy Applications from intake through run, ensuring delivery, stability, and measurable outcomes. You will define SLIs/SLOs, manage capacity, and align engineering, QA, and product teams around a unified platform strategy.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, drive architecture decisions, and oversee integration and modernization initiatives while maintaining strong regulatory and operational controls.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of delivery leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, Integration, QA, PM).
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, middleware, APIs, and SQL-based data access.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, integration, transition to run, and ongoing support.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for pharmacy system delivery, stability, and outcomes.
• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs and ensure monitoring and alerting exist for critical pharmacy workflows.
• Lead governance and planning to balance feature delivery with run stability and modernization.
