Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Applications leader to own end-to-end delivery across intake, configuration, integration, and run, ensuring stability and business outcomes. You will develop multi-year roadmaps, balance modernization with regulatory requirements, and lead a small team of engineers, analysts, and specialists.

Strong collaboration with offshore teams and vendors is required for platform health and vendor alignment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in delivery leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, Integration, QA, PM).
• Experience operating in regulated or operationally critical environments.
• Experience owning application roadmaps, platform health, prioritization decisions, and vendor delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, integration, transition to run, and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps aligning business priorities with modernization and regulatory requirements.
• Define and manage Service Levels and evidence for platform health, ensuring observability, and run stability.
• Lead a dedicated Pharmacy Applications team and collaborate with offshore teams and vendors to deliver secure, compliant pharmacy platforms.
