Cardinal Health is seeking a senior leader for Pharmacy Applications to own end-to-end delivery across intake, build/configuration, integration, transition to run, and ongoing support. You will drive architecture, platform strategy, and delivery excellence for critical pharmacy systems in a complex healthcare technology environment.

Collaborating with Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations, you will manage budgets, capacity, and SLIs/SLOs to ensure regulatory readiness and reliable patient

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8-12 years of experience in delivery leadership for healthcare/pharmacy platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, Integration, QA, PM).
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, and data flows.
• Ability to estimate, plan, govern SDLC, and manage budgets and capacity.
• Experience in regulated/operationally critical environments.

• Lead Pharmacy Applications teams and drive end-to-end delivery from intake to run.
• Own platform architecture decisions and roadmaps for pharmacy platforms.
• Define and enforce SLIs/SLOs and governance for delivery and support.
