Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a senior leader for Pharmacy Applications delivery to own end-to-end outcomes, from intake to run. You will drive architecture decisions, roadmap, and platform health with product and enterprise teams.
You will partner with Engineering, Integration, QA, and Ops to ensure predictable, compliant delivery across pharmacy platforms while aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience delivering cross-functional software in enterprise/pharmacy contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
- Proven leadership of engineering, integration, QA, PM teams across regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, middleware, APIs, SQL-based data access, and hybrid cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, integration, and run.
- Serve as single accountable owner for pharmacy system delivery and outcomes.
- Translate business goals into executable plans with clear scope and risk awareness.
- Define governance, SDLC gates, QA standards, and operational readiness.
