Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced leader to head a Pharmacy Applications team within Commercial Technologies Software Engineering. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, architecture decisions, and platform modernization for pharmacy applications, coordinating with product, operations, and external vendors.

You will define roadmaps, manage capacity and budgets, ensure SDLC governance, run stability, and establish SLIs/SLOs.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of experience in delivery leadership preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, middleware, APIs, and data access.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end outcomes for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, integration, and run.
• Serve as single accountable owner for pharmacy system delivery and platform modernization.
• Define and maintain multi‑year roadmaps aligning business priorities with technical debt reduction and regulatory needs.
• Drive SDLC governance, release readiness, and observability to meet SLIs/SLOs.
• Lead a Pharmacy Applications team and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
