Job summary

SCAN Health Plan in California seeks a Senior Manager, Data Analytics (Pharmacy Analytics) to lead a team of analysts, driving data-driven decisions to optimize pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.

You will partner with Pharmacy leadership, develop data models and dashboards, and analyze formulary trends and cost data while mentoring staff and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; PharmD preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare analytics experience.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated management/leadership experience.
• 2+ years of prior managed care experience with Part D.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret pharmacy data including PBM formulary, patient outcomes, and costs.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs related to pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy leadership to set analytics priorities and performance targets.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts by providing data for audits and reporting.
• Mentor staff and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
