Job summary

Surescripts seeks a Senior Analytics Analyst — Healthcare Data to lead analytics workstreams that drive product decisions and commercial narratives across Surescripts solutions. You will own analyses from framing to delivery, applying advanced methods to large healthcare datasets while mentoring teammates.

You will collaborate with Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into measurable questions, develop descriptive and predictive analyses, and present

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field required.
• 5+ years of analytics experience with multi-stakeholder analyses, preferably in healthcare.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong visualization and storytelling skills using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets and multi-source data.
• Ability to create executive-ready presentations and reports communicating value from data.
• Strong project management and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting healthcare analytics initiatives and translating data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics deliverables from problem framing to delivery.
• Develop descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate needs into questions and solutions.
• Create executive-ready visualizations, reports, and narratives showing business impact.
• Establish reusable analytic assets, methodologies, datasets, and documentation.
• Improve analytics quality through QA, transparent methodologies, and best practices.
• Mentor colleagues on techniques, communication, and insight delivery.
• Support customer-facing analytics initiatives with clear recommendations.
