Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Pharmacy Financial Analytics professional to advance analytical capabilities across network and rebate reporting, reconciliation, modeling, and automation. You will empower leadership with data-driven insights to drive operational excellence and strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, applying SAS, Python or R for advanced analytics, and delivering enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 7 years of relevant analytics experience delivering analytics with enterprise impact
• Requires 5 years of prior pharmacy experience
• Requires SAS Certified Advanced Programmer credential (or equivalent) or advanced analytics certification (e.g., R, Python)
