Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a data-driven, high-growth environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or medical insurance industry, with an understanding of regulatory landscape and operational complexities.
• Proven track record of overseeing teams and operations, driving initiatives, and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to motivate and develop teams, foster accountability and elevate performance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing performance metrics and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and engagement.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, compliance, and operational standards (preferred).
• Proficiency in queue management tools, workflow systems, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Insurance Verification and Patient Outreach Specialists to deliver top-tier patient care.
• Coordinate workload distribution and monitor productivity within and across teams.
• Drive hiring efforts and oversee onboarding to ensure tool-ready staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans.
• Address underperformance through coaching or corrective actions.
• Leverage data to assess team performance and meet SLAs.
• Set clear targets and monitor adherence to service levels.
• Identify operational challenges and implement data-driven improvements.
• Handle escalated patient concerns to ensure satisfaction.
