CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy teams. You will lead a patient‑centered approach, overseeing dispensing, counseling, and immunizations while acting as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts.

In this role you’ll ensure compliant prescription processing, coaching of colleagues, and rigorous adherence to safety and regulatory standards across the store pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely with counseling and immunizations as applicable.
• Oversee the pharmacy during shifts, coaching staff and reporting to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures.
• Support inventory management with emphasis on cold chain and regulatory compliance.
