You will supervise workflow, coach staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations and CVS Health policies while delivering compassionate care to patients in the community.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee pharmacy operations and the team.
• Counsel patients, dispense medications accurately, and immunize where permitted.
• Support patient care by addressing insurance and prescription issues.
• Ensure compliance with state boards and CVS Health policies.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager in day-to-day duties and scheduling.
