Job summary

PillPack, LLC, part of Amazon, seeks a Pharmacist Team Lead to supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians in a fast-paced, compliant online pharmacy. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory adherence while driving process improvements.

You will coordinate with Operations Managers, manage staffing/training, and maintain SLAs. Requires PharmD, active license, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses within six months.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in multiple states or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience using Lean tools to improve processes and service levels.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of pharmacists and/or technicians.
• Provide clinical guidance with Operations Managers and PIC.
• Drive quality improvements and resolve customer issues.
