Job summary

PillPack, LLC, an Amazon‑owned online pharmacy, seeks a Pharmacist Team Lead in the United States (New Hampshire area). You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, provide clinical guidance with the PIC, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving quality improvements.

The role requires a PharmD and an active pharmacist license, with flexibility for shifts including weekends. You will work with Operations, Compliance, and HR to train staff, optimize workflow, and manage performance

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in domicile state.
• Willingness to obtain 8 state licenses within 6 months of starting.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Provide clinical guidance with the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC).
• Develop quality measures and drive process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor daily operations for SLAs.
• Lead training and development of the team.
• Coordinate scheduling to maintain coverage and efficiency.
• Investigate quality issues and coach staff when needed.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on performance and attendance.
