Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; licensed or eligible to practice as a Pharmacist in PA/NY.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions: perform prospective drug review and ensure safe, accurate dispensing.
• Provide accurate drug information to health professionals and patients; document interventions.
• Assist in department management; supervise and train staff; ensure inventory and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment; participate in performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Night pharmacist duties: triage, resolve medication problems, and handle IT/automation issues.
