Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Licensed or eligible for PA/NY pharmacist licensure within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions with prospective drug review and ensure safe, cost-effective therapies.
• Provide accurate drug information and document interventions for the healthcare team.
• Assist department manager in supervising technicians and staff; oversee inventory and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work environment and support safety and regulatory efforts.
• Triages and handles nightly activities as Night Pharmacist when required, coordinating with nursing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D)

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in PA and/or NY within 120 days
