Qualifications

• Must hold a PharmD or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in PA and/or NY within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions with prospective drug review and ensure safe, effective, and accurate dispensing.
• Provide drug information and contribute to patient interventions and education.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians, students, externs and staff; oversee inventory and regulatory compliance.
• Support department operations, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Occasional night pharmacist duties: triage and coordinate nightly activities and interprofessional communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
