Actalent is seeking a Pharmacist for a closed-door pharmacy serving senior and long-term care facilities in Columbus, OH. This is a 3-month contract to hire opportunity.

Candidates with a PharmD or a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy are eligible. Pay ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with shifts Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm or 1pm-9pm; some rotating weekends may be required. On-site work only.

Formación

• PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy required.
• Supervision experience preferred but not required.
• Open to candidates from Retail, Hospital, Specialty, Infusion, Mail order, Long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day operations in the pharmacy and meet workflow quotas.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal pharmacy regulations and DEA policies.
• Supervise production staff and maintain secure, efficient workflow.
• Check new and refill labels, orders, and drug packaging for accuracy.
• Prepare and/or supervise sterile IV drug products.
• Maintain perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs and controlled substances.
• Provide coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays per rotation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other government regulations.
