A leading pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to deliver top-tier pharmaceutical care in long-term care settings. The successful candidate will evaluate medication orders, communicate with medical staff, and maintain accurate medical records. This role requires an active pharmacist license and preferred experience in Long Term Care. Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist with OH Board of Pharmacy a must.
• Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system preferred.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug and dosage.
• Ensure dispensed medicines are correctly supplied and labeled.
• Communicate with healthcare team regarding medication-related queries.
• Supervise the preparation of medicines.
• Make recommendations for therapy changes when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve medication-related queries.
• Maintain a medical history database of customers.
