Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to lead our Charlotte Hall pharmacy. You will ensure prescription accuracy, participate in immunization services, and oversee QA processes to support compliant care.

Manage inventory and work with physicians to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with immunization certification, plus strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) and an immunization certification.
• Experience with immunization programs is preferred.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and final QA.
• Lead clinical programs including immunization and MTM when available.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff; train and coach associates.
