Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required with immunization certification.

• Knowledge of Drug Utilization Review and QA processes.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions via Drug Utilization Review and QA per regulations.
• Lead clinical programs including immunization and MTM when available.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and support staff on duty.
