Job summary

The Kroger Memphis pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice, drive financial performance, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will monitor prescription pricing, generic utilization, and inventory while ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies. Travel may be required to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team to minimize wait times.
• Develop and implement sales and promotional initiatives for the division pharmacy department.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and company policies in daily operations.
• Direct staff to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle claims, audits, and rejections promptly.
