Avera Health seeks an Informatics Trainer - Pharmacist to deliver frontline EHR training, coach users, and support successful adoption of medication-management systems. You will provide instructor-led and virtual sessions, tailor training to user needs, and partner with clinical leaders to improve proficiency and confidence in system use.
The role emphasizes hands-on training, post-go-live refreshers, and collaboration with pharmacists, informatics staff, and frontline teams.
Competenze
- Pharmacist license active in state of practice.
- Experience delivering EHR/training in healthcare settings preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and medication management helps.
- Willingness to obtain Epic certification if not already held.
Mansioni
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual application training to end users using approved curriculum.
- Coach users on workflows and personalization settings to boost efficiency.
- Provide at-the-elbow support during implementations, upgrades, and workflow changes.
- Document learner feedback and identify training gaps for improvements.
- Maintain current knowledge of EHR apps and training standards.
