Avera Health is seeking an Informatics Trainer - Pharmacist to deliver EHR application training and coaching to frontline users. You will promote effective adoption of health IT workflows and provide end-user support across medication management processes.

You will partner with trainers, informatics staff, and healthcare providers to ensure training materials are current and aligned with best practices. This role emphasizes improving proficiency and confidence in system use within a team-focused

Competenze

• Must be a Pharmacist with an active state license.
• Experience delivering training in healthcare IT or EHR environments.
• Experience coaching workflows and end-user adoption of applications.

Mansioni

• Deliver instructor-led, one-on-one, virtual and small group training using approved curriculum.
• Support personalization and efficiency sessions for new and existing users.
• Provide at-the-elbow application support during implementations and upgrades.
• Deliver refresher training and optimization sessions to improve proficiency.
• Assist super users and designated trainers and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify training opportunities by observing workflows and user needs.
• Validate training materials and ensure alignment across medication management processes.
• Test training readiness and training materials prior to delivery.
• Document learner feedback and knowledge gaps for improvements.
• Maintain current knowledge of assigned EHR applications and workflows.
