Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead and nurture our Blue Springs, MO team, ensuring safe and compliant dispensing while driving operations and staff development.

The role reports to Neighborhood leadership, with a Monday–Friday 9AM–5:30PM schedule and rotating Saturday 10AM–2PM. Compensation ranges from $145,000 to $165,000 per year, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team.
• Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee inventory and controlled substances.
• Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners.
• Build relationships with local agencies and providers.
• Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows.

Neighborhood is now hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead and nuture our Blue Springs, MO team.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
