Responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
- Hire, train and support your pharmacy team.
- Oversee medication dispensing, verification and QA.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Oversee inventory and controlled substances.
- Collaborate with prescribers, nurses and healthcare partners.
- Build relationships with local agencies and providers.
- Partner with leadership as the pharmacy grows.
