Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead our new location. This full-time role offers a lucrative salary and ownership through ESOP, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will oversee daily operations, hire and train staff, ensure dispensing accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance while building relationships with prescribers and community partners.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Pharmacist-in-Charge | Little Rock, AR

Full-Time | $135,000–$165,000/year based on experience | 100% Employee-Owned

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Saturday Rotation 10AM - 2PM

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
