Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead daily operations and build a strong, compliant pharmacy team. You will oversee dispensing, verification, and quality assurance while collaborating with prescribers, nurses, and caregivers.

This is a full-time, on-site role offering a salary range of $145,000–$165,000 per year based on experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and 100% employee ownership through ESOP.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team.

Neighborhood is now hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead and nuture our Blue Springs, MO team.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
