Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy Inc. in Little Rock, AR, seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead daily pharmacy operations at a new location. This full-time role offers a salary range of $135,000–$165,000 per year and ESOP ownership, with a Monday–Friday schedule plus Saturday rotation.

You will supervise the pharmacy team, ensure compliant dispensing, and collaborate with prescribers and care teams to grow the program.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing or ability to obtain before starting.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Pharmacist-in-Charge | Little Rock, AR

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Saturday Rotation 10AM - 2PM

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
