Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Manager for Blue Springs, MO. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($145,000-$165,000/year) plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and 100% ESOP ownership.

Lead daily operations, build and mentor a pharmacy team, ensure compliance, and collaborate with prescribers and healthcare partners to support individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to hire, train and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Comfort with improving workflow and ensuring quality and compliance.
• Experience with background checks and drug screening protocols.

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Rotating Saturday 10AM - 2PM| 100% Employee-Owned |

Neighborhood is now hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead and nuture our Blue Springs, MO team.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
• Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee inventory and controlled substances
• Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners
• Build relationships with local agencies and providers
• Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows

Requirements

The Must-Haves

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution
• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
