Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations and guide a dedicated team. You will oversee dispensing, verification, QA and inventory while ensuring compliance with state and federal rules.

This role works with prescribers, nurses, and caregivers to deliver high-quality care. The ideal candidate has a PharmD, Missouri license, 2+ years of pharmacist experience, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team.

Full-Time | $145,000-$165,000/year based on experience + $10,000 sign-on bonus

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Rotating Saturday 10AM - 2PM| 100% Employee-Owned |

Neighborhood is now hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead and nuture our Blue Springs, MO team.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
• Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee inventory and controlled substances
