Innovativ Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Primary Care and Specialty. This field-based role focuses on building strong physician relationships, driving product pull-through, and delivering territory results.

Open to entry level or experienced candidates with strong sales abilities, organizational skills, and drive. Training and CME education are expected to maintain product knowledge and compliance.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with inter-personal skills and knowledge of account management or sales experience.
• Field-based role requiring a valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within your local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with practices, hospitals, and clinics for long-term collaboration.
• Develop sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and programs for scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls to optimize territory performance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory changes and report to management.
