Innovativ Pharma seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Primary Care & Specialty. This field-based role leads account management within physician accounts, promoting our portfolio and building trusted relationships to drive profitable business across the territory.

The position is field-based and requires a valid driver’s license. You will develop territory plans, stay current on product knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize pull-through and market share.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with interpersonal skills and account management knowledge.
• Field-based role requires a valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
• Ability to differentiate yourself in the marketplace; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within the local territory.
• Drive pull-through and build awareness of the product portfolio with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
• Develop strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs for scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory to optimize performance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, regulatory changes, and competitors; report to management.
• Complete industry sales training and CME to stay updated on products for detailing physicians.
• Review product performance within accounts and adapt actions to improve market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical sales regulations and company policies.
