Piper Companies is seeking a Recruiter in the Silver Spring, MD area for a hybrid role. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple teams, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to support hiring decisions.

Piper Companies is currently looking for a Recruiter in the Silver Spring, MD area to work a hybrid role. The Recruiter will join a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company driven by a commitment to providing innovative therapeutic solutions for patients facing rare and complex diseases.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across multiple teams.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to support talent acquisition and hiring decisions.
• Maintain recruiting data, support onboarding activities, and assist with process improvements.

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting
• Life sciences or pharma experience preferred
• Required Workday experience

Compensation for the Recruiter:

• Hourly Rate: $40-50+/hr based on professional experience
