About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected professional to join our Go-To-Market growth team at Athelas on a part-time basis, focusing on our Revenue Cycle Management software (RCM).

This individual will leverage their extensive network within the pharmaceutical or medical device sales industry to introduce Athelas solutions to providers, private practices, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and have a proven track record of driving sales and fostering relationships within their network.

This role will be a part-time 1099 contract position, with potential to turn into a closing role down the road. This position will be focused on sourcing opportunities within the medical industry and will be paid per lead, as well as on a commission basis when contracts go live.

What You Have

  • 3-5 years of experience as a pharmaceutical or medical device representative.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role (preferably healthcare sales).
  • Ability to effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including C-level executives).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
  • Proven success in penetrating new markets.
