Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial Customer Success Representatives to join our fast-growing team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. Customer Success Representatives will drive new business by prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals across our key verticals: healthcare systems, corporate employers, pharmacies, schools, and government agencies.

Our top performers are closing high-value deals across healthcare, employer, pharmacy, education, and government sectors and taking home six-figure commissions. Key Responsibilities:
·Own the full sales cycle: prospect, connect, present, and close deals with healthcare, education, pharmaceuticals, employer, and government clients.
·Identify high value targets and foster the client through the sales cycle to close.
·Drive outbound outreach through networking, referrals, cold calling, onsite visits, and social selling to build a strong sales pipeline.
·Understand client needs and deliver tailored demonstrations of the Viven Health platform.
·Utilize Salesforce to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions; keep system accurate and up to date.
·Identify needs for marketing to assist in closing deals and relay to the team.
·Generate new business by identifying and cold-calling potential prospects.
·Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
·Make a high volume of cold calls, emails, and in person visits daily to introduce our products/services and secure appointments.
·Navigate rejection with resilience, using feedback to improve future outreach efforts.
·Use and develop sales scripts and techniques to engage prospects and overcome objections.
·Track progress and report on key metrics like call volume, meetings set, and conversion rates in Salesforce.
·Remain motivated and focused in the face of rejection, continuously striving to hit sales goals.
·Stay knowledgeable about company products/services and how they meet the needs of potential clients.
·Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both phone conversations and written follow-up.
·Manage time effectively to balance cold calling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
·Partner with leadership to optimize sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
·Represent Viven Health’s mission and value proposition to prospective clients with energy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
·Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
·Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
·Tech-savvy with Salesforce proficiency and remote selling experience.
·Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based, high-reward structure.
·Passion for innovation, education, and healthcare transformation.
Education:
·A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or Healthcare is preferred.
·High school diploma is required.
Compensation:
·100% commission-based role.
·Uncapped earning potential — commissions based on first contract, upsell opportunities, and renewals.
·Average OTE (On-Target Earnings) range: $180,000–$280,000+ depending on performance.
·Base structure implemented after first $150,000 in commission achieved.
·Commission structure reviewed and updated annually based on company growth and opportunity expansion.
