Medisca is expanding its Compounding Services team in Florida and seeks a detail-oriented pharmacist or technician to support internal and external clients with compounding inquiries and formulation reviews. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory understanding, and scientific literature support to help healthcare providers expand or refine compounding practices.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of compounding experience, strong communication, and proficiency with standard office tools,

Qualifications

• Education in pharmacy with relevant licensure or technician certification.
• 3–5 years of pharmacist experience in pharmaceutical compounding preferred.
• Experience in training or teaching pharmacists and lab staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review non-sterile and sterile formulations for safety and efficacy.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide formulation guidance.
• Support quality systems and SOP development for compounding processes.
• Assist with regulatory standards and participate in continuous improvement.
