Job summary

Hometown Pharmacy is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the wholesale distribution warehouse supporting pharmaceutical and OTC products. You will lead operations, ensure accurate inventory, and drive continuous improvement across processes and teams.

The role requires extensive leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on oversight of technology systems and security to ensure safety, accuracy, and reliable service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, wholesale distribution, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Security or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the wholesale distribution warehouse.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
• Oversee warehouse security systems and facility access controls.
• Support warehouse technology, including inventory management and wireless picking systems, while partnering with IT on advanced technical issues.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
