Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Manager in the United States to oversee warehouse operations, supervise Supervisors and teams, and ensure efficient storage, inventory control, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and hazardous materials.

You will focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies, including handling controlled substances and RF-enabled environments, while driving KPIs and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related, progressively responsible experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse personnel, track attendance, coach staff, and support employee growth and performance.
• Coordinate activities to optimize facility utilization and maintain productivity and quality.
• Analyze key performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance with policies and government regulations.
• Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Assist in budget preparation and manage department resources within financial targets.
