Job summary

SHL Medical in Deerfield Beach, FL seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, verify ERP inventory transactions, and manage receiving, storing, transferring, issuing, and shipping of materials and finished goods. You will ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and ISO13485, and coordinate with production and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of regulated warehousing experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with ERP systems and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations or warehousing experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience working with ERP programs.
• Prior SAP system preferred.
• Strong history of working in a demanding environment while abiding by processes and protocols.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations in the pharma industry.
• Ability to kindly lead a diverse team of employees with self-control and respect.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of warehouse team members, including participation in hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
• Supports disciplinary actions in alignment with HR and the Warehouse Manager.
• Reviews and approves Material Handlers’ time sheets and communicates attendance or policy concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
• Participates in performance evaluations for Material Handlers.
• Ensures warehouse operations are executed in compliance with regulations, quality work instructions, and company policies.
• Oversees material receiving, put‑away, picking, staging, and shipping activities to support production and customer requirements.
• Participate in production meetings to ensure warehouse readiness for scheduled jobs.
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics management by coordinating physical scrap handling and outbound shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Supports material staging when the Warehouse Lead or designated personnel are unavailable.
